Distribution
LethalVoid may not be copied or distributed without written permission from the authors.
License Key Restrictions
You may not share a purchased license key with any third party.
You may not enter someone else's license key to authenticate and use LethalVoid.
Once a license is actived on a machine, it may only be used on that machine (unless the license is transferred).
You may transfer any given license to a different machine up to 3 times.
We are not responsible if you lose your license key or use up all the transfers.
Unlawful Use
Our software is designed for legal and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems or networks. We do not condone or support any illegal use of our software and we are not responsible for any such use. Our software is intended to help individuals and organizations understand and defend against cyber attacks, by demonstrating how such attacks can be carried out. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our software, including but not limited to those of your jurisdiction.
If you become aware of any illegal use of our software, please contact us immediately at lethalsoftware@proton.me. We take all reports of illegal activity seriously and will investigate them thoroughly. If we determine that a user has violated our License Agreement and used our software for illegal purposes, we reserve the right to revoke their license.
Privacy
The LethalVoid server-side tools (personal version) never contact the LethalVoid servers. However, the client-side payloads do contact the LethalVoid servers to pull certain DLL's required for grabbing crypto wallet files, as well as a module for the discord spreading functionality (when this is used).
LethalVoid servers do not store any information about users on the personal version. For the commercial version, the license keys and their corresponding hardware identifiers (which are hashed), purchase dates, expiry dates and amount of times they have been transferred are stored.
Updates
We reserve the right to update our License Agreement and Terms of Service without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised.
